Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools, delivering on-label information and product access guidance.

Reporting to the Area Business Lead, you will coordinate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support, run speaker programs, analyze territory data, and help shape local strategies to improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience or 3+ years of B2B sales in regulated industry.
• 2+ years of Clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to HCPs on topics such as product access and on-label information.
• Engage customers via virtual or digital tools and refer to colleagues when needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups.
• Ensure customer requests are met and solicit feedback.
• Collaborate with the ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans.
• Extract insights to inform local strategy and business goals.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to Area Business Lead.
