Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years pharma or medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years B2B outside sales experience in regulated settings.
• 2+ years clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing duties.

Responsibilities

• Proactive outreach to HCPs on product access, on-label information, and patient care guidance.
• Engage customers via virtual/digital tools and route to colleagues as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups with regional leaders.
• Ensure customer requests are met and collect feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans.
• Translate insights into local strategy and business goals.
• Elevate opportunities to Area Business Lead with local market insights.
