Job summary

The role focuses on proactive outreach, speaker programs, and compliant engagement to improve provider experiences and inform local strategy. Travel within the Elgin, IL area is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience; less experience considered for Otsuka ReadyNow program.
• 3+ years of B2B or equivalent outside sales in regulated or clinical settings.
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to HCPs on product access and on-label information.
• Engage customers through virtual or digital tools and coordinate with colleagues as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups with regional leaders.
• Ensure requested actions are completed and gather feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate with ecosystem teams to adjust targeting and call plans.
• Translate customer insights into local strategy and business goals.
• Elevate opportunities to the Area Business Lead with market insights.
