Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Neuroscience Specialty Representative to join a nationwide sales force in a direct-hire role. You will manage an assigned territory, engage healthcare providers, and promote Ipsen’s products in compliance with laws and company policy.

The position emphasizes building strong relationships, delivering accurate product information, and executing strategic business plans while traveling across the United States as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Neuroscience experience preferred.
• Experience promoting preventive treatments for migraine preferred.
• Experience promoting toxins for therapeutic indications preferred.
• Ability to manage promoting pharmaceutical products in a buy-and-bill environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel as needed for business.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Attain the designated goals for calls on appropriate HCPs to communicate balanced, accurate, and complete information on Ipsen’s products.
• Execute calls on HCPs and pharmacists to provide product information and to assure the availability of Ipsen’s products in the territory.
• Conduct in-depth conversations with physicians and other HCPs utilizing data across a broad base of approved product indications.
• Navigate through complex organization structures including hospitals and healthcare communities.
• Manage the territory in an efficient and orderly manner, developing and executing effective business plans.
• Demonstrate completion of administrative requirements including budget management, logins, sample accounting, expense reports within timelines.
• Comply with all state and federal laws, regulations and guidelines including PhRMA Code and Ipsen policies.
