Job summary

Vanda Pharmaceuticals seeks a Neuroscience Account Manager to drive sales in the Arizona/Tucson territory. You will execute product promotion aligned with strategy and work closely with the District Sales Manager on daily directions, while analyzing market dynamics and maximizing product use.

The role requires a BS/BA with GPA >3.0 and a minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical sales, plus travel and a valid driver's license. Prior CNS/psychiatric or orphan drug experience is favorable.

Qualifications

• BS or BA with GPA > 3.0.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Willingness to travel including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Execute and promote products in alignment to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales direction and strategy.
• Analyze local market and monitor performance to maximize appropriate use of products.
• Maintain current knowledge of product, disease, competitive landscape and reimbursement.
