Job summary

Vanda Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Neuroscience Account Manager to drive product adoption and deliver value to customers in the assigned territory.

You will collaborate with the District Sales Manager, analyze local markets, and manage budgets and travel while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge. The ideal candidate has a BS/BA with >3.0 GPA and at least 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience; alternative Associate role considered.

Qualifications

• BS or BA with GPA greater than 3.0.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Associate role available for candidates not meeting experience.
• Experience in psychiatry/CNS is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Execute and promote products in alignment to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and strategy direction.
• Analyze local market and monitor performance to maximize product use.
• Maintain current product, disease, competitive, and reimbursement knowledge.
• Manage budgets, travel, and call reporting using approved systems.
