Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (healthcare or business/public administration); MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account management and/or reimbursement experience in a provider office setting.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as access expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support colleagues.
• Build strong relationships and manage territory logistics and planning.
