Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Experience in reimbursement or revenue cycle with provider offices.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy and medical buy-and-bill, coding, and billing.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams to address access barriers.
• Lead discussions on access and fulfillment with field teams.
• Manage territory logistics and account planning.
• Stay current on payer policies and market dynamics.
