Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team is recruiting for a Field Reimbursement Manager to support Corporate Accounts nationwide. The role requires educating on reimbursement, addressing access barriers, and collaborating with field teams across the country.

The candidate will spend up to 50% of time on-site with corporate accounts, providers, and staff, to assess needs and drive solutions in access and affordability. A strong background in reimbursement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration required or equivalent.
• MBA/MPH is preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience in account management or reimbursement within provider settings is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead education and issue resolution for patient access to therapies.
• Collaborate with field support teams nationwide to address access barriers.
• Educate stakeholders on reimbursement processes, coding, and claims submissions.
• Build relationships with customers and manage account engagement and planning.
• Stay informed on payer policy changes and coverage developments.
