Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support the San Francisco, CA territory, including Sacramento, Fresno and San Jose. The role focuses on education, access strategies, and issue resolution with HCPs to enable patient access to therapies.

The FRM will work up to 50% on-site, collaborating with sales and support teams, and navigating payer policies to optimize patient outcomes in a complex healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in account management or reimbursement in provider offices.
• Expertise with pharmacy and medical buy & bill processes.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience (revenue cycle, prior authorization, coding).
• Ability to establish relationships and influence across a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support to advise on access and reimbursement.
• Lead discussions on access and fulfillment with field teams.
• Address access barriers using data and account management insights.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics and account planning.
• Stay current on payer policies and market dynamics.
• Partner with internal departments to share education and insights.
