Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team is recruiting for a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Philadelphia, PA territory, including surrounding areas. The role supports patient adherence and affordability while collaborating with sales, marketing, and medical science teams to optimize access.

The candidate will educate providers on reimbursement, manage access barriers, and drive compliant discussions with field teams. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in healthcare or business/public administration). MBA or MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in account management or reimbursement in provider settings.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience (revenue cycle, buy-and-bill, coding, appeals).
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and account managers; serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access discussions with field teams.
• Use data to address access barriers and improve patient support.
• Build relationships with customers across assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics and account planning.
• Stay updated on payer policies, coverage, and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, medical science, and PECS.
