• Knowledge of payer policies and hub services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding.
• Collaborate with field support, sales, and account teams as access expert.
• Lead compliant access discussions with field teams.
• Use data to address access barriers and manage accounts.
• Build trust-based customer relationships and manage territory logistics.
• Keep up with national, regional, and local coverage and coding changes.
