Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Neuroscience portfolio within the PECS organization. The role drives education, access, and problem-solving for healthcare providers to enable patient access to Janssen therapies across San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi, and Waco.

Responsibilities include educating providers on reimbursement, partnering with sales and support teams, and addressing complex access barriers with a data-driven approach. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (healthcare/business/public administration).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in provider offices with strong customer relationships.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience including coding and appeals processes.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization and problem-solve access challenges.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as access and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access discussions with field teams and address access barriers.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build trusted relationships and manage territory logistics and planning.
