Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare or business background preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in account management or reimbursement in provider settings.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience including coding and appeals.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and account managers to address access barriers.
• Lead discussions on access and fulfillment with field teams.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics and account planning.
• Stay current on payer policies, coverage, and market dynamics.
