Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team seeks a field-based Field Reimbursement Manager to support corporate accounts nationwide. The role requires up to 50% on-site interaction with healthcare providers and office staff to assess educational needs and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders.

The FRM will educate on reimbursement processes, work with cross-functional teams, and address access barriers with urgency while maintaining high ethical and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business is required; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in reimbursement or managed care.
• Experience with both pharmacy and medical/buy-and-bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorizations, and appeals processes.

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of corporate access and reimbursement processes and translate this into strategic plans.
• Educate stakeholders on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, coding requirements, and payer policies.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support teams across the nation.
