Novartis is seeking a Territory Account Specialist (TAS) for field-based and remote work supporting key accounts across a designated geography in the United States. Travel 60–80% is required, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Relocation or visa sponsorship is not provided. The role emphasizes delivering access support, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and using omni‑channel strategies to engage customers both virtually and face‑to‑face.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 5 years’ experience in specialty pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medical device, diagnostics, or related fields within the last 5 years.
• Proven track record of high performance selling to large accounts and key customers.
• Self-starter with strong analytic skills to prioritize and apply information to solve problems and meet customer needs.
