Vanda Pharmaceuticals in Mansfield, OH is seeking a Neuroscience Account Manager to join our high-performance sales team. You will execute product promotions, analyze local markets, and build advocacy with psychiatrists and CMHCs to maximize patient access.

Ideal candidates have a BS/BA with 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to travel within territory. Experience with reimbursement and orphan drugs is a plus, and driving is required.

Qualifications

• BS or BA with GPA greater than 3.0.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Candidates not meeting the work experience requirements may be considered for the “Associate” role.
• Atypical anti-psychotic experience and/or orphan drug experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote products in alignment with sales strategy in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on day-to-day strategy and promotions.
• Analyze local market and monitor performance to maximize product use in the territory.
• Maintain up-to-date product, disease, and market reimbursement knowledge.
