Vanda Pharmaceuticals, a specialty biopharma, is seeking a Neuroscience Account Manager to drive growth in the Salem territory, executing promotions and building strong relationships with psychiatrists and community mental health centers. You will align with the District Sales Manager to implement strategy and achieve targets.

The role requires 3+ years of pharma sales, a BS/BA with GPA >3.0, and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Candidates not meeting work experience requirements may be considered for the "Associate" role.
• Existing relationships with psychiatrists and/or Community Mental Health Centers in the assigned territory is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute and promote products in alignment to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales directions and product promotion.
• Analyze the local market to maximize appropriate product use in defined territory.
• Maintain current knowledge of product, disease, competitive landscape and reimbursement.
• Communicate effectively using advanced selling and negotiation skills.
