Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a dynamic field-oriented sales professional to promote and grow Neurocrine products within an assigned geographic territory. You will build long-term relationships with physicians and clinical staff, educate external customers, and execute territory plans to support product launches and ongoing access.

You will also coordinate with managed care, Marketing, and Medical Science teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science or related field required; 4+ years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience
• 3+ years of specialty pharma or LTC, psychology, or neurology sales experience preferred
• Experience with promotional compliance and healthcare regulations recommended
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments

Responsibilities

• Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and account management
• Execute territory sales strategies via in-person and virtual communications
• Identify territory opportunities and barriers to product success
• Manage promotional resources and budget effectively
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with managed care, Marketing, Patient Access and Medical Science Liaisons
