Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a driven field-based professional to promote our neurological and related products within a defined geographic territory in the United States. You will cultivate long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff, educating stakeholders on product indications and benefits.

Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and coordinating with cross-functional partners to overcome barriers and drive growth.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science or related field with 4+ years in commercial pharma/biotech or related experience; 3+ years in specialty pharma or LTC sales desired.
• Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales objectives achievement.
• Experience with business systems and sales platforms (Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, Veeva, etc.).
• Willingness to reside within the geographic territory and frequent driving expected.

Responsibilities

• Promote Neurocrine products within a defined geographic territory.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives.
• Provide education to external customers about product benefits and indications.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Science Liaisons) to support accounts.
