Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a sales-focused professional to drive growth in the Seattle territory, promoting neurological and related therapies to physicians and clinics. You will educate clinicians, build relationships with key stakeholders, and execute territory strategies to meet objectives.

The role requires 4+ years in commercial pharma/biotech sales (3+ in specialty or LTC preferred), a BS/BA in science (or higher), and proficiency with Salesforce and other BI tools.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in science or related field AND Minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales experience is highly desired.
• Master's degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience noted above
• Professional Expertise: Knowledge of best practices in the functional discipline and broader related business concepts

Responsibilities

• Drives product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
• Executes territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications
• Identifies and addresses territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
• Effectively manages promotional resources and budget
• Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders including clinical staff and payers
