Job summary

ITF Therapeutics in NYC is seeking a Neuromuscular Key Account Manager to lead the continued launch of an approved Duchenne therapy. The role combines strategic account management with cross-functional teamwork and product launch expertise.

You will build relationships with prescribers and their teams, coordinate account plans, and use CRM to track activity. The position requires travel within a large territory and a strong track record in hospital and academic settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years in institutional pharma/biotech sales required.
• High level of clinical acumen and ability to deliver data to customers.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams for synergistic results.
• Proven sales success with KOLs and providers within institutions.
• Proficiency with PC, CRM tools, and Microsoft Teams.
• Duties may require compliance with on-site vaccination requirements.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and launch success within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with prescribers’ multi-disciplinary teams.
• Lead regular reviews of account plans to meet sales targets with internal teams.
• Record call activity in CRM and keep prescriber profiles current.
• Report territory market dynamics and competitive activity.
• Translate insights into actionable territory growth strategies.
• Ensure adherence to promotional programs, budgets, and compliance policies.
• Submit activity and expense reports on time.
• Travel to meet territory requirements and engage prescribers.
