ITF Therapeutics is seeking a Neuromuscular Key Account Manager to drive adoption of an approved Duchenne therapy. You will lead cross-functional launches, manage relationships with major institutions, and align territory actions with compliant promotional practices across Northern California.

Role requires a strong clinical acumen, ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, and consistent sales success. Travel to meetings and events is expected to engage prescribers and participate in ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum 5+ years in institutional pharmaceutical or biotech sales.
• High level clinical acumen with ability to present data.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives and teams.
• Strong access and relationships with KOLs and providers.
• Proficient with PC and CRM tools (e.g., MS Teams).

Responsabilités

• Drive product adoption and launch success in the territory via impactful presentations and in-services.
• Build and maintain relationships with prescribers’ multidisciplinary teams in large institutions.
• Lead regular reviews of account plans to meet or exceed sales targets with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize CRM to log activity and maintain prescriber profiles.
• Routinely report territory dynamics and competitive activity.
• Travel to engage prescribers and represent the product at events.
• Maintain professional image and ensure compliant promotional activities.
