Job summary

ITF Therapeutics is seeking a Neuromuscular Key Account Manager to lead the ongoing launch of an approved Duchenne therapy. The role spans strategic account management with cross‑functional teams, product launch experience, and a passion for rare diseases.

The territory covers major metro regions including Jacksonville, Naples, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Tallahassee, with travel as required to meet prescribers and events. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in institutional pharma sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Minimum 5+ years in institutional pharmaceutical and/or biotech sales.
• High level of clinical acumen and ability to deliver data to customers.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams for results.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Experience gaining access and building relationships with KOLs and providers.
• Proficiency with PC and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and launch success within the territory through presentations and in-services.
• Build and maintain relationships with prescribers’ teams within large institutions.
• Lead regular reviews of account plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Report territory market dynamics and competitive activity.
• Translate insights into actionable territory growth plans.
• Ensure compliance with promotional guidelines and budgets.
• Complete timely submissions of activity and expense reports.
• Travel as required to engage prescribers and attend events.
