Job summary

ITF Therapeutics is seeking a Neuromuscular Key Account Manager to drive adoption of an approved Duchenne therapy across a multi-state territory, including Minnesota and Wisconsin. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage key accounts in large institutions, and leverage data-driven selling to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with promotional guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
Minimum 5+ years in institutional pharmaceutical/biotech sales.
High level of clinical acumen and ability to deliver data to customers.
Lead and coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams.
Proven sales success track record.
Ability to gain access and build relationships with KOLs and providers.
Proficiency with PC, CRM tools, and Microsoft Teams.
On-site roles may require vaccination.
Valid driver’s license required.
Effective communication and listening skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit and solutions mindset.

Responsibilities

Drive product adoption and launch success within assigned territory.
Build and maintain relationships with prescribers’ teams within institutions.
Lead regular reviews of account plans to meet or exceed sales targets; use CRM for activity.
Report territory market dynamics and competitive activity.
Translate account insights into growth strategies.
Ensure adherence to promotional guidelines, budgets and policies.
Submit activity and expense reports timely.
Participate in mandatory training and meetings.
Travel to meet territory requirements and engage with prescribers.
