Job summary

ITF Therapeutics in Philadelphia seeks a Neuromuscular Key Account Manager to drive adoption of an approved Duchenne treatment. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage institutional accounts, and execute strategic territory plans across NJ and PA.

The role requires strong clinical acumen, 5+ years in pharma sales, travel to prescribers, and strict adherence to compliance while delivering patient-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum 5+ years in institutional pharmaceutical and/or biotech sales.
• High level of clinical acumen and ability to deliver data to customers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple stakeholders and teams for synergistic results.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and launch success within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with prescribers’ multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead reviews of account plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Report territory-level market dynamics and trends.
• Translate insights into actionable territory growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with promotional programs, budgets and policies.
• Complete accurate submissions of activity and expense reports.
• Travel as needed to engage with prescribers and represent the product at events.
