Job summary

Boston Scientific Neuromodulation seeks a Territory Manager to drive growth in a designated geographic area. You will cultivate referrals, manage the patient care process from education to follow-up, and support physicians in the OR with spinal cord stimulation products.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales or clinical roles; medical device experience is preferred. Base compensation is complemented by incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a sales and/or clinical role.
• Medical device sales experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology or another science field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a designated customer base and prospect for new customers in an assigned geographic area; position products and services against competitors.
• Oversee the full SCS patient care process including pre-surgical education, post-surgical follow-ups and long-term device care.
• Support physicians in the OR and with patients; translate technical knowledge for customers and patients.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop sales strategies and achieve territory goals.
