Job summary

argenx US is seeking a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to support the Neurology Franchise, focusing on launches and indication expansion. You will work with our established Neurology TBM team to engage healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers, aligning strategies with local teams.

You will travel within the Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, FL region to drive demand, meet sales objectives, and ensure compliant, patient-focused execution while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, may require overnight stays.
• Territory planning and local market strategy development.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teammates to align customer strategy.
• Engage with assigned healthcare professionals and affiliated staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and activity in CRM on time.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved sales messages.
