Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeks a Territory Business Manager in the Tampa area to drive launches and demand generation. You will partner with local TBMs, coordinate engagement with healthcare professionals, and implement effective territory plans to meet sales objectives.

Applicants should have a B.S./B.A. and 5+ years in specialty/rare disease or biologics sales, with strong collaboration and planning skills.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field partners.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Experience in product launches.

• Candidates must live in Territory.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, overnight stays may be required.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy.
• Collaborate with local TBMs and cross-functional teams to align strategy.
• Engage with assigned HCPs and staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives; utilize market tools.
• Submit account plans and activity including CRM timely.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and messaging.
