Job summary
argenx in the United States is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeking a Territory Business Manager to support launches and indication expansion in Florida. You will work with our Neurology TBM team to drive demand generation among healthcare professionals and specialty providers.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
- Local market knowledge preferred.
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
- Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.
Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned geography, including overnight stays.
- Develop local territory plans aligned with launch priorities.
- Coordinate with local TBMs and cross-functional teams to align strategy.
- Engage with assigned healthcare professionals and staff.
- Meet or exceed sales and launch objectives using CRM and market tools.
- Submit account plans and activity timely.
- Adhere to argenx compliance and approved messages.
