Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and is adding Territory Business Manager roles to support upcoming launches and indication expansion in Florida. You will work with local TBMs and cross-functional teams to drive demand generation among healthcare professionals, academic centers, and specialty pharmacy providers.

Candidates should reside in the Florida area and have 5+ years of specialty/biologics sales experience, with strong collaboration, strategic planning, and diagnostic insight.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Experience in product launches.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members to align customer strategy and coordinate engagement.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives. Effective utilization of market tools and resources.
• Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
• Adhere to all argenx compliance policies, guidelines and approved sales messages.
