Job summary

Vanda Pharmaceuticals in the United States is seeking an Associate Neurology Account Manager or Neurology Account Manager to join a high-performance sales team. You will exceed goals by delivering value through differentiated products and services in the neurology space.

Key responsibilities include executing sales strategies, collaborating with the District Sales Manager, analyzing local markets, and maintaining current product and reimbursement knowledge while ensuring compliance and accurate

Qualifications

• BS or BA with GPA >3.0
• Strong relationships and knowledge of the territory preferred
• Ability to travel (overnights possible)
• Work hours may include meetings outside normal hours

Responsibilities

• Execute and promote products in alignment to sales strategy in the assigned territory
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on sales strategy and product promotion
• Analyze local market and monitor performance to maximize product use in territory
• Maintain product and market knowledge and manage resources including budgets and travel
• Communicate effectively with identified audiences and build advocacy channels
• Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed
• Manage travel and promotional budget and ensure call reporting and compliance
