argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive neurology launches across Atlanta, Macon, and Savannah regions. You will plan local market strategies, engage with healthcare professionals, and collaborate with regional teams to meet sales targets while navigating a fast-paced biotech environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, data-driven decision making, and adaptability to the evolving launch plan, with a focus on patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, neurology preferred.
• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• Strong local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography, with potential overnight stays.
• Develop local market strategy aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with assigned HCPs and staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and CRM effectively.
• Submit account plans and activity timely.
• Adhere to compliance policies and approved messages.
