Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeks Territory Business Managers to support launches and indication expansion. You will partner with the Neurology TBM team to engage healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers in a focused, field-based sales strategy across the assigned geography.

Ideal candidates have a B.S./B.A. and 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales, with strong collaboration, planning, and market-access understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years specialty/rare disease/biologics sales.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel within assigned geography to meet sales and launch objectives.
• Territory planning and market strategy development.
• Coordinate engagement with local TBMs and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity on time.
• Adhere to all argenx compliance policies and approved messages.
