argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive launches and revenue across designated geographies. The role collaborates with local and regional teams to align customer strategies, engage healthcare professionals, and deliver demand for innovative therapies.

Based in the United States (Denver area), you will travel, plan territory activities, and use data insights to optimize market access and patient impact.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Territory planning and local market strategy development.
• Collaborate with local TBMs and cross-functional teams to align strategy.
• Engage with HCPs and affiliated staff; meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Utilize market tools and CRM; submit activity plans on time.
