Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive launches and demand in the assigned geography. You will work with the Neurology TBM team to deliver sales objectives through strategic account planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will travel to manage accounts, develop local market strategies, and ensure compliant messaging while achieving strong performance in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales.
• Neurology experience preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, which may require overnight stays.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate closely with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members to align customer strategy.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Effective utilization of market tools and resources.
• Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
• Adhere to all argenx compliance policies, guidelines and approved sales messages.
