Job summary

Vanda Pharmaceuticals Inc. in New Jersey is seeking an Associate Neurology Account Manager or Neurology Account Manager to join a dynamic sales team.

You will execute product promotion in your territory, collaborate with the District Sales Manager, analyze the local market, and build relationships with key healthcare stakeholders to drive access and reimbursement. Travel may be required; a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• BS or BA with GPA > 3.0 required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
• Self-starter with hunter mentality and proven results.
• Willingness to travel, including overnights.
• Must reside within territory geography.

Responsibilities

• Execute and promote products in alignment to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and strategy direction.
• Analyze local market, develop, execute, and monitor performance and results.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease, competitive and market reimbursement.
• Determine, implement, and monitor resource allocation within territory.
• Communicate effectively using advanced selling and negotiation skills.
