ARGenX is seeking a Territory Business Manager for the Neurology Franchise to drive launches and demand generation across local healthcare professionals. The role focuses on coordinating with existing TBMs to align customer strategy and maximize outcomes in the Hartford, New Haven, CT region and adjacent Springfield, MA.

Candidates should live in the territory with a track record of high sales performance, strong clinical and business acumen, and the ability to navigate a dynamic launch

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty/biologics sales or neurology is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute sales strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field partners.
