Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeking a Territory Business Manager to support upcoming launches and indication expansion in the Columbus, Dayton, and Cleveland areas. This role collaborates with the Neurology TBM team to drive demand generation among healthcare professionals, academic centers, and specialty pharmacies.

The TBM will partner with local TBMs to align customer strategy, coordinate engagement, and determine how the team can best serve patients.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree is required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and field partners.
• Adaptable to a changing environment.
• Experienced in product launches.
• Align with company pillars: co-creation, humility, excellence, empowerment, innovation.
• Candidates must live in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly throughout assigned geography with possible overnights.
• Develop local market strategy aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to align customer strategy.
• Engage with HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity on time.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved sales messages.
