Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise in the United States and seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive launches and access in Ohio. Based in the Columbus area, you will partner with local TBMs, plan territory strategy, and meet launch objectives while staying compliant and patient-focused.

This role blends field selling with cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and regular travel, backed by incentive programs and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Experienced in product launches.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy, aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Effective utilization of market tools and resources.
• Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
• Adhere to all argenx compliance policies, guidelines and approved sales messages.
