Job summary

argenx US is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeks a Territory Business Manager to support launches and patient access across assigned geography. You will partner with local TBMs, engage healthcare professionals, and drive demand generation in a collaborative, field-based role.

The position requires a track record in specialty sales, a strong clinical and business acumen, and the ability to translate data into action while navigating complex payer and access dynamics.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Able to adapt to an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, overnight stays possible.
• Territory planning and local market strategy development.
• Collaborate with local TBMs and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and CRM effectively.
