Job summary

argenx in the United States seeks a Territory Business Manager to support the Neurology Franchise as we expand launches and indications. You will work with local TBMs and cross-functional partners to drive demand generation and optimize engagement with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers in your geography.

Candidates must reside in California (San Jose area) or nearby; requires 5+ years in specialty or biologics sales, a B.S./B.A., strong planning skills,

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. required with strong sales background in biotech/pharma.
• Minimum 5 years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel within assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Territory planning and local market strategy development.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional peers, and cross-functional teams to align customer strategy.
• Engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit accounts plans and activity in CRM.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved messages.
