Job summary

argenx is hiring a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to support the Neurology Franchise in the Washington, DC area, focusing on launches and indication expansion. You will collaborate with the Neurology TBM team to engage healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers.

As part of the team, you will drive demand generation, align customer strategies with local TBMs, and report to the Business Leader. Travel and cross-functional coordination are integral to success.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, which may require overnight stays.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy, aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate closely with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members to align customer strategy and coordinate engagement.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Effective utilization of market tools and resources.
• Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
• Adhere to all argenx compliance policies, guidelines and approved sales messages.
