Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to support the Neurology Franchise in the Washington, DC region. The TBM will work with local teams to drive launches, engage healthcare professionals, and build demand within specialty channels.

You will travel regularly, develop local market strategies aligned with corporate priorities, and collaborate across cross-functional partners to meet and exceed sales and launch objectives. A strong record in specialty/rare disease sales is required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel within a defined geography, with possible overnight stays.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams to align strategy.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and CRM, and submit activity plans timely.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved messages.
