Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and is hiring Territory Business Managers to support launches and expansion across healthcare professionals, academia, and specialty providers in the Dallas region.

The TBM will partner with local teams to align customer strategies, drive demand, and meet sales objectives while traveling within the territory and maintaining patient-first focus.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing and executing sales strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field partners.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel within the assigned geography, with overnight stays as needed.
• Territory planning and local market strategy development aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues and cross-functional teams to align strategy.
• Engage with assigned healthcare professionals and staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and activity in CRM on time.
• Adhere to all compliance policies and approved messages.
