Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager (TBM) for the Neurology Franchise in the United States. The TBM will support launches and expansion across a defined geography, partnering with local TBMs to drive demand and align customer engagement with healthcare professionals and specialty providers.

The role requires a strong collaboration mindset, clinical and business acumen, and a proven sales track record in specialty/rare diseases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Experienced in product launches.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel within assigned geography with overnight stays as needed.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy aligned with priorities.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and activity in CRM in a timely manner.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved messages.
