Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive launches and demand generation in assigned geographies. You will partner with regional teams, influence HCP engagement, and adapt plans across markets to maximize patient access.

The role requires travel, strong collaboration, and a patient-first mindset, with reporting to the Business Leader. Candidates must reside in the Cincinnati, OH; Louisville, KY; Charleston, WV area.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.

Responsibilities

• Territory planning and development of local market strategy, aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate closely with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members to align customer strategy and coordinate engagement.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Effective utilization of market tools and resources.
• Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
• Adhere to all argenx compliance policies, guidelines and approved sales messages.
