argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeking a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to drive launches and demand generation for neurology indications. You will work with local TBMs to align strategies and engage healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers.

The role requires a BS/BA and 5+ years in specialty sales, with strong regional knowledge and a track record of high performance.

Competenze

• BS/BA required.
• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales; neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred; proven high sales performance.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute sales strategy; collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience launching products and working in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.

Mansioni

• Travel regularly across assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Develop local market strategy aligned with launch priorities.
• Coordinate with TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
