Based in the Phoenix, AZ area, you will travel regularly, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and execute local market plans while upholding compliance and company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology preferred
• Local market knowledge preferred; proven top sales performance
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute sales strategy; collaborate with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography with possible overnight stays
• Territory planning and local market strategy development
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to align customer strategy
• Engage with assigned HCPs and staff
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively
• Submit account plans and CRM activity on time
