Job summary

argenx SE in the United States is seeking a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to support the Neurology Franchise launches and expansions. The TBM will travel regularly within the assigned geography, collaborate with local teams, build local market strategy, and engage healthcare professionals, academic centers, and specialty pharmacies to drive demand. Qualifications include a B.S.

or B.A. degree and 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, with neurology preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Territory planning and local market strategy development.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams to align customer strategy.
• Engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and activity in CRM on time.
